Specific Duties include, but are not limited to: • Verify assessment forms submitted to the New York State Workers' Compensation Board are accurate and reasonable. If a form is found to be inaccurate or missing data, conduct outreach to resolve any discrepancies. Create accounting entries into the Statewide Financial System (SFS) based on completed forms.• Maintain records to ensure assessment forms and payments are received promptly. Notify supervisor of any delinquent forms, payments, or differences that cannot be resolved.• Conduct payroll audits to confirm correct payroll rates are being used to ensure...
