Position Duties: Analyze current documentation processes, procedures, and practices to ensure activities with the facility are performed in compliance with federal, clinical and safety requirements. Monitor document tracking and routing, and ensure revision control using appropriate tools for configuration of document management. Determine document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content. Assist in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval. Implement electronic document processing, retrieval, and distribution systems in collaboration with consultants and clinical managers.
