This role will be engaged in non owner occupied commercial real estate (CRE) lending including construction loans, interim loans, permanent loans, and refinancing of real estate loans. This officer will not immediately have loan production goals. Serve as an expert on CRE loans for the market. As loan opportunities are presented underwrite the collateral property, market and guarantor; structure the loan; prepare the loan approval package; present the request to loan committee for consideration; and negotiate and document the loan in conjunction with the assigned Loan Closing Coordinator and outside legal counsel (as applicable).
