Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Clerk / Court Clerk to support the Signal Mountain Police Department. Employee is responsible for processing and managing police records within the department’s records management system, including the review and approval of records and ensuring departmental compliance with Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) requirements. The position also performs administrative duties for the Signal Mountain Municipal Court and other related responsibilities as assigned. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Police Chief. Responsibilities Accurately format, approve, prepare, proof read, edit and distribute correspondence, reports forms and other documents.
