EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Office Building Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Building Principal and Assistant Principal to include ensuring compliance of activities with financial, legal and administrative requirements and providing information, recommendations and/or direction to students, faculty, staff and the general public. Assures smooth and efficient operation of the school office to maximize positive impact on the education of children. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
