Description Medical Group Practices Information Services Req #: 60164 Summary The Associate Application Support Specialist role is accountable for supporting the organization’s EpicCare Ambulatory and Practice Management application support needs in a healthcare setting. This is the first level of a three level career path. Support needs may include, but are not limited to, functionality and training to support clinical, fiscal, IS, and practice management operations within the MaineHealth model system; development and implementation of a quality assurance process to include practice outreach; and supporting end user needs by serving as the primary application support resource for Maine Medical Partners. Work is performed under minimal supervision. Participation as a member of our Tier I Help Desk support team is required in this position.
