RVP, Operations & Sales Main Office: Off Site Career Site Header Job Summary The Regional Vice President of Operations & Sales is responsible for overseeing the operations and sales of multiple manufactured home communities. They're also responsible for creating and managing the annual operating and capital improvement budgets, personnel management, marketing, resident relations, retailer relations, community enhancement and curb appeal, and other related property management and sales duties. Job Duties Conducts on-site inspections and ensures each community is consistently maintained and groomed to Sun's curb appeal standards. (Essential) Handles and resolves resident complaints in a timely and professional manner, asks questions to determine the validity of complaints and offers possible solutions consistent with established guidelines.
