Standard Hours: 18 Duties Work under the direction of the Senior Custodian performing regular duties of a Junior Building Custodian as it pertains to the cleaning and up-keep of the school building and surrounding grounds. Performs work such as daily cleaning of floors, walls, windows, toilets, furniture, cleaning and shampooing of carpets; stripping, waxing, and buffing of tile floors and other associated work. Performs work that requires the ability to climb ladders perform heavy manual labor including emptying trash, shoveling snow, sanding, up-keep of outside grounds, lifting and moving furniture, moving supplies and equipment and performs other related duties as requested.
