Position Objective: Provide services as a Human Capital Program Support Specialist III in support of the overall functions of NASA's Executive Services Division. The individual will provide expert guidance, advisory, staffing, technology, analytical and operational support for the following services, which include but are not limited to talent development, consulting and coaching services, project management, recruiting, classification, hiring, and staffing services, performance management, communication products and presentations development, and data analysis and reporting. It also requires understanding of Federal, NASA, and industry talent management processes, interfaces, and systems to enable the HC services.
