Facilities Technician I The Facilities Technician I is an entry level position for the support of the BHN Facilities Department. General responsibilities are routine entry level building maintenance and facility- related tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other facility-related tasks as assigned. What you'll do: Completes short-term maintenance projects as needed (e.g., painting, basic household repairs, remodel, refurbish etc.). Cleans windows and glass doors.
