Facilities Technician I The Facilities Technician I is an entry level position for the support of the BHN Facilities Department. General responsibilities are routine entry level building maintenance and facility- related tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other facility-related tasks as assigned. What you'll do: Completes short-term maintenance projects as needed (e.g., painting, basic household repairs, remodel, refurbish etc.). Cleans windows and glass doors. Moves and assembles furniture or equipment between BHN locations as needed. Performs minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs and services.
