You will support the agency business owners in their role as independent contractors who have the right of control over the manner and means by which they sell insurance and otherwise operate their businesses. Coach and advise agency business owners on developing the district's profit and growth plan. You will report to the Director, Sales for Missouri. In this home-based role, you will spend 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from home, proximate to Southwest Missouri (Springfield, Joplin, Branson). You must be located in this territory. You will occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events.
