About the Role: As a CBRE Facilities Sr. Manager, you will manage many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans. What You'll Do: Provide formal supervision to employees. Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
