SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring classroom staff on curriculum and assessment implementation and assisting with classroom staffing, teacher qualifications, and daily program operations, supporting and monitoring effective early childhood education and disabilities services, and ensures compliance with federal, state, professional and program standards. The Curriculum Coordinator provides “on-the-job guidance and training” for classroom staff with effective curriculum and assessment implementation to fidelity. Provides backup coverage for teaching staff as needed, to include individualized teacher support, modeling, and hands on mentoring. Helps recruit potential parents by providing information to them about the various program services and benefits offered to enrolled children and families.
