This is a unique opportunity to join Pierce Creek at the ground floor of a fast-growing local food business and brand. We raise beef without hormones or antibiotics, and partner with local ranchers and farmers to source poultry, lamb, and pork. If you’re organized, creative, and excited to grow with us, there’s tremendous potential here. We’re looking for assistance organizing products within the retail market, prepared foods, deli and butcher shop products as well as coordinating with the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As the business grows we are sourcing new products, most of these products, if not shelf stable, need to be usable in the food service areas of the restaurant and deli to cut down on waste. We are creating a PLU & barcoding system to speed up check outs and track inventory to integrate with the POS Spot On.
