Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist specializing in Microbiology to join our growing team. This role involves hands-on microbiological testing, quality control, and documentation, as well as coordinating environmental monitoring and sample shipping. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and evolving laboratory environment. Responsibilities Perform daily microbiological tests such as working under a sterile hood, spread plate techniques, enrichments, sub-cultures, gram staining, coagulation tests, and fungi identification. Conduct quality control of micro supplies and growth promotion testing. Perform water testing and complete all required paperwork in SAP and manually, following SOPs and GMPs. Carry out environmental monitoring and swabbing in manufacturing areas at scheduled intervals. Coordinate the shipping of samples to third-party laboratories for outsourced testing.
