Our Customer Service team is responsible for scheduling contracted facilities work for our growing number of enterprise retail clients. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Experience in a call center, facilities management, or similar work environment provides a solid foundation for being successful in this role. Responsibilities Manage daily client service orders with Royal teammates, subcontractors and vendors. Act as liaison between Royal, subcontractors and vendors to maintain client specifications while meeting client Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
