Your tasks YOUR TASKS Supports the Process Engineer in the Mixing area by driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on process stabilization, cost and waste reduction, and variance control through methodologies such as Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, and Kaizen. This role monitors performance trends, leads problem-solving efforts, supports troubleshooting and project implementation, maintains process documentation and controls, and ensures adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
