We are currently seeking a Health and Wellness Administrator to support our Delaware County, Pennsylvania region. This position plays a key role in coordinating medical and wellness services for the individuals we support across our residential programs. The Health and Wellness Administrator (HWA) provides coordination of medical appointments, medication administration oversight, and individualized wellness planning. The HWA also serves as the HRST Administrator, conducting assessments and collaborating with team members to address identified health risks.
