We are looking for a motivated and organised person to join our busy engineering company in a full-time Office Administrator role. This is a fast-paced position that requires someone who can multitask, stay on top of deadlines, and keep the office running smoothly. Key responsibilities include: • Accounts payable & receivable • Invoicing and general accounts support • Health & Safety administration • Customer Service & store support in our engineering store when cover is required • General office management • Supporting management and staff with day-to-day operations What we’re looking for: • Previous administration experience • Strong organisational and time management skills • Experience with accounts/admin systems • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently and under pressure • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Experience would be an advantage but not essential.
