The Senior Process Quality Specialist is responsible for completing account level actions based on compliance, project and departmental needs. This role is also responsible for identifying and documenting opportunities for improvement within system processes and procedures, as well as participating in problem solving discussions with leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES Process account level actions contributing to daily operations. Identify and document shortfalls in processes and systems and participate in discussing solutions for improvements.
