What You Will Be Doing: This 12-month full time permanent Fish and Wildlife Technician 3 position provides essential support to the management of commercial shellfish and groundfish fisheries in the Bering Sea–Aleutian Islands. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and editing ADF&G commercial shellfish and groundfish fish tickets to ensure tickets are accurate and complete, entering and batching electronic and conventional fish tickets in eLandings (interagency electronic reporting system for commercial fishery landings in Alaska), and generating final commercial fishery harvest reports using ADF&G’s OceanAK database as needed by ADF&G staff and other agencies.
