Internal/External Position Description The Vice President for Student Affairs
(VPSA) reports directly to the President as the chief student affairs officer and serves as a member of the President’s executive leadership
team. The VPSA provides strategic leadership for the Division of Student Affairs and is responsible for advancing student success,
engagement, and the overall student experience in alignment with the VCSU strategic plan. The VPSA oversees the day-to-day operations
of Student Affairs including career services, counseling and mental health services, diversity services, financial aid, health services,
student activities, residence life, student conduct, new student orientation, student governance, retention, and first-year experience
