The Community Transitional Program in Walpole, MA is seeking a qualified candidate to provide direct care & counseling services to clients to prepare for more independent living; provide supervision to staff; supervise day to day operations of residence; coordinate activities for clients; oversee implementation of medication/treatment/rehabilitation/recreational programs; document treatment plans and progress notes; and perform other related duties as required. Please note: This is a 40-hour/week position, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Days off are Saturday and Sunday. Employees in this position will be required to perform mandatory overtime.
