Job Description Summary The individual in this role actively manages Visitor Center resources and activities to ensure departmental goals and customer service expectations are met with prospective students, families, school counselors and other guests. The VC supervisor works with all students and staff involved in the visit experience, including daily management of student staff and coordination with the admission counselors assigned to daily information sessions. The VC supervisor will ensure all details of daily visits run smoothly, the visitor center physical space is organized and well maintained, and that students and families feel welcome and comfortable during their visit. In addition, the VC supervisor will fully manage the group visit process including scheduling and communication with external groups, assigning appropriate student and staff support, coordination of food, facilities, or transportation needs, and performing post-visit follow-up.
