Summary MGT is hiring a full‑time, onsite HR Specialist Consultant to support one of our valued clients in the Providence, RI area. This 6 to 12 month contract offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise in a dynamic environment and make an immediate impact. The Human Resources Specialist provides flexible, project-based support to deliver responsive and effective HR services. This role is responsible for assisting with general HR operations including scheduling, onboarding support, and document management. The consultant partners with HR leadership and business units to ensure consistent application of HR policies and best practices while providing hands-on support for day-to-day HR activities.
