JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bayfield County seeks a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as a Summer Youth Adventures Leader with the Superior Adventures program managed and supported by the University of Wisconsin-Extension. This position centers on providing place-based outdoor education and experiential learning opportunities for local youth, inviting young people to build meaningful connections with themselves, their peers, and the natural landscapes of Bayfield County. The ideal candidate will have personal and/or educational experience working with youth; and demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and the ability to work both as a team and independently. The Summer Youth Adventures Leader will work closely with the Bayfield County 4-H Program Educator to organize, promote and lead safe and engaging experiences for local youth, primarily ages 10-15.
