Description Summary The primary focus of the Mortgage Sales Supervisor is to oversee and be knowledgeable of all areas of mortgage sales. The Mortgage Sales Supervisor is responsible for direct supervision of origination employees, as well as compliance with all applicable rules and regulations. The position also drives growth in loan production and the origination team. Essential Functions Cultivate and maintain relationships with realtors through daily contact, regular visits and attending real estate-related functions. Report to management volume generated by realtor relationships and feedback given during conversations.
