TITLE: Supervisor/Manufacturing POSITION OBJECTIVE: The Supervisor will support and guide machine operators in efficiently running their machines. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the supervisor being actively involved in learning and operating machines. Positions open for first and second shifts Monday – Friday with some Saturdays. Training is required on first shift. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining production machinery. Prior experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in food packaging. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and act decisively. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly instruct and support machine operators. Bilingual Spanish is required.
