POSITION SUMMARY: The Manufacturing Engineering Manager II is responsible for all aspects of engineering to support production at the production facility located in West Chester, PA. This leadership role heavily contributes to achievement of the key performance indicators established for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Strong technical capability, leadership skills, and effective use of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) to continually improve the team’s performance are critical to being successful in this role.
