First Tee – Western New York is seeking an enthusiastic and mission-driven Girls Golf Coordinator to lead, grow, and elevate our Girls Golf programs across the region. This role is responsible for designing and delivering fun, empowering, and developmentally appropriate golf experiences for girls of all ages and skill levels. The Girls Golf Coordinator will plan and manage clinics, seasonal events, and special initiatives that build confidence, foster belonging, and encourage long-term engagement in the sport. The ideal candidate will be a positive role model who can build strong relationships with youth participants, families, volunteers, and partner golf facilities while reinforcing First Tee’s Core Values and Key Commitments. This position plays a key role in advancing gender equity in youth sports and expanding access to meaningful golf opportunities throughout Western New York.
