The Welding Engineer oversees all facility welding operations, driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of welding processes to ensure product quality and adherence to industry standards. This position will provide support to the manufacturing departments in the areas of welding, including robotic welding and setup; materials, manufacturing process improvement and development; and special project management. The role collaborates cross‑functionally with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance, and reports to the Plant Engineering Manager.
