Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting will primarily focus on coordinating the gathering and assembling of information required for Vertiv’s external reporting requirements. The person in this position will prepare and analyze financial information, assist in adhoc technical accounting research, comply with internal control procedures and maintain effective SOX compliance and documentation. Higher performers in this role have the ability for promotion within the department or elsewhere in the organization. PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES: This role is responsible for the preparation of financial and business-related analyses and research in such areas necessary for the creation of all SEC reporting requirements.
