Summary This position is located in the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC), Office of Domestic Operations, Visa Directorate, Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA/VO/DO). The incumbent serves as a Program Manager with responsibility for serving as the principal advisor for policy, operations, and process integrity within KCC by providing advice and expertise in immigration law and policy associated with the full range of visa operations at KCC. Responsibilities Provides expert direction, assistance, and support for all petition-based nonimmigrant and diversity immigrant visa processing services, functions, operations, and activities. Evaluates various administrative regulations, procedures and policy directives to determine applicability throughout the KCC.
