Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to assist a large semiconductor company with manufacturing surge support. We are currently looking for a Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist that has experience working in a surge recruiting capacity. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing environment sourcing for operators, technicians, etc. Any prior experience using Workday as an administrator is helpful, as well as any experience in the manufacturing/semiconductor industry. The roles you will be sourcing for have a hiring class every 3 weeks so there are metrics involved for number of hires per week you are expected to meet.
