Description Hiring Range: The hiring range for this position is $103,275.00 - $114,894.00 annually, depending on skills and qualifications. NATURE OF WORK As a senior leader in Public Works, the Public Works Engineering Superintendent position performs supervisory, management, and highly skilled analytic (Pavement Management) and administrative work in planning, developing, directing, and managing operations and maintenance activities, and is responsible for capital improvement projects of the Town’s streets, traffic control devices, storm drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure, including approximately 273 centerline miles of roadway.
