Position Summary Incumbents of positions in this series inspect, troubleshoot and repair motor vehicles and equipment for use by agency personnel; consult with operators, manufacturers or dealers' representatives regarding specifications or problems related to the operation of motor vehicles and/or equipment; write repair orders and specifications for new vehicles and equipment; and perform related work as required. The basic purpose of this work is to maintain and repair motor vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
