Job Title Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily (Lease-Up) Job Description Summary The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-in throughout lease-up and beyond, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service and personal attention to our residents. The Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor responds to our resident's service requests and is instrumental in helping Cushman and Wakefield deliver superior customer service to our residents. 100 multifamily units, lease-up property. $40-$42/hour, eligible for benefits and additional earnings.
