Reporting to the Manager, Architecture, Data and Conversion, the Data Architect is an integral team member responsible for providing data conversion expertise and technical leadership to the Human Capital Management System (HCMS). The Data Architect leads the analysis, documentation, prioritization, and alignment of requests and requirements, and provides expert consultation, vision and leadership in the analysis, feasibility, design, planning, implementation, and use of enterprise solutions. The Data Architect is expected to provide options or recommendations that are sustainable, align with the clinical, operational, business, enterprise architecture and project requirements, and ensures a cohesive and integrated solution across the system solutions, interfaces and other applications.
