We're looking for an experienced Drainage Site Supervisor to lead on-site crews across a range of civil infrastructure projects. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide and mentor teams while actively working alongside them to deliver high-quality results. You'll be directly involved in a variety of technical tasks including pressure and gravity-based drainage systems (3 waters), PE welding, confined space operations, utility installations such as telecom and power, as well as reinstatement works. Your leadership will ensure that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
