Outdoor Education Support Person School Support Staff | EOTC | Part-time (9 hours per week) We are looking for a practical, reliable Outdoor Education Support Person to support our senior Outdoor Education programme during Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) activities. This role involves supporting Level 2 and Level 3 Outdoor Education classes, with a strong focus on student safety, wellbeing, and smooth trip delivery. We are looking for a warm, proactive, and highly organised person to lead the delivery of a new re-engagement programme supporting students with long-term attendance and engagement challenges. This is a fixed term, part-time position (term time only), working Monday to Friday, for up to 35 hours per week which need to be worked between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm, for the 2026 school year. You will work one-on-one and in small groups with ākonga who are currently disengaged from school. You’ll also be the key connector between whānau, teachers, external agencies, and the school – building strong, trusting relationships that support each student’s journey back into learning.
