We are looking for 15 Department Managers to support the Restaurant Managers in our busy McDonald's restaurants (Queenstown Camp St, Queenstown Frankton, Invercargill Dee St, Invercargill Elles Road, Gore). Requirements Applicants must have McDonald’s Shift Manager qualifications (AYL or equivalent) and either, • attended the CEC, PQC or PPC training courses (or equivalent), • or a year’s experience in managing one or more Departments in a McDonald’s restaurant. * The customer will be the centre of everything you do, and as such, achieving high levels QSC&V will be the foundation of every shift you run and the Departments you lead. * You will have great people skills, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and staff. * Energy and ketchup will flow through your veins, ensuring you give your absolute best on every shift. * Honesty and integrity are values that you hold high, and the way in which you work and present yourself will be based around these...
