This medium sized construction company run by three directors primarily work across delivering commercial, education, weathertightness and industrial new build projects $5M - $30M. They work with quality and regular clients and place a significant emphasis on getting the right staff on board. Staff development is placed in high regard with monthly internal workshops, active mentoring, thought out peering with best fit seniors site/pm staff/projects and regular performance reviews. From top to bottom this contractor is well organised. They currently have a need for a SPM to step in and manage several projects that are mix of civil and commercial projects.
