Pumps, filtration, irrigation, water blaster servicing to name a few. We are the service dealer for Karcher equipment. We are looking for a Workshop coordinator / Technician to join our small, dedicated workshop team. The workshop coordinator aspect of the role is customer focused. Exceptional customer service comes through timely communication with our customers as well as overseeing day to day workshop operations and scheduling of jobs to ensure smooth and constant workflow for our technicians. It requires “looking up” and seeing all aspects of a job, ensuring all parts and equipment required by our technicians are organised in advance, jobs are scheduled, customers are kept in the loop with job timing, updates, pricing and job completion follow up.
