Energy Vets Taranaki Ltd have a vacancy in our small animal nurse roster from Early March 2026 for a qualified Companion Animal Nurse. This position could be a fixed term contract for 4 months or could lead to a full-time position in our team. The position is full-time (4 or 5 days per week) and initially based at our Inglewood premises. We have 6 full time equivalent veterinarians attending to first opinion companion animal cases. Both medical and surgical cases are managed at either of our clinics (Inglewood & Waitara). We have a great team of nurses and a supportive culture. We strive to provide high quality service and products to our clients using up to date methods and equipment. Both our clinics are equipped with DR Digital Xray, IDEXX biochem and hematology, fluid pumps, multi-parameter anesthetic monitors, ultrasound, gaseous GA circuits, separate kennels/cattery, 3 consult rooms, isolation ward and grooming facilities.
