Join this supportive and friendly team who all work well together, as 2IC you will also work closely with the Farm Manager. You will help to implement farm plans and take on a degree of responsibility for feed allocation, animal health and breeding and animal records. You will also be happy to muck in and support the team where needed. On the Farm Managers Day off, you will take responsibility for the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
