What we offer: -Full time position wages or contract -Competitive hourly rates -A great team environment -Variety of High-end new build and renovation projects The ideal candidate should have: -Experience running projects and managing Subtrades -Capable and confident to lead projects to a program overseen by a project manager -Manage 3-5 guys onsite daily -Certificate in carpentry -A high standard of workmanship -Attention to detail -Be able to work unsupervised -Work well with others in a team environment -Have good communications skills -Have a positive attitude, reliable and honest -Current driver's license -Have own set of battery and hand tools -Training will be provided We can offer either wages or contract rates.
