Hutt Valley Hearing Trust is a community-focused charitable trust supporting hearing services in our region. We are based in Avalon, Lower Hutt. Working up to 24 hours per week, this part-time role reports to the Trust Board and plays a key role in managing our office, supporting our tenants, overseeing finances, and leading a small team. About the role: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Trust and office premises • Liaise with Tenants and coordinate building matters • Manage accounts and monthly reporting using Xero • Support appointment booking processes • Lead and support a team of 3 staff About you: • Strong administration, finance, and people management experience • Comfortable working independently while supporting a Trust Board • Experience with Xero/Xero Payroll • Confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva (or similar) • Enjoy working in a role that supports the local community What we offer: • Flexible part-time hours (up to 24 per week) • No weekend or...
