Job Title: Junior AI Engineer Location: London (hybrid – meet 1–2 times per month) Type: Permanent Salary: £40,000 + stock options Interview Process: 2–3 stages We’re hiring for a founding AI Engineer to join a startup building AI agent infrastructure for regulated industries. They are a Seed stage company backed by a Leading London VC and you will work closely with the CTO who is a previously exited AI Founder. The product already has an MVP and a fine-tuned LLM. The next step is scaling the organisation as they look to move towards their Series A.
