WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERYDAY The Maintenance Specialist ensures the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our facilities and equipment. Works with custodial staff, groundskeepers, and other service providers needed to ensure all facilities are maintained and functioning properly to enhance the appearance and productivity of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks. Direct Reports: None HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT 40% Performs (general) maintenance and repair of company buildings/equipment and obtains work assignments from Supervisor, DJ Construction (could request certain repairs at times), or other company personnel.
